Returns & Refund

Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by ADKTECH for every product sell on vobdii.com. When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, if you don’t receive your order, you will then be able to request a full refund.
and you find it is not as described, you will then be able to request a full refund.

Replacement and Refund Policy:

We are doing our best to ensure that all products listed in our website have good quality. We will help user to resolve any problems, through online email service or item replacement.

Unless otherwise notified, we offer one year's quality guarantee for all products sold in ADKTECH. You can request replacement or money back within 30 days after the item is delivered. The shipping fee will not be refunded.

Return Shipment:  Authorized return must be shipped prepaid. Unless authorized and prepaid, return will be delayed in processing. Note: For your own protection, insure return shipment.

Please fill in and print out the Return Shipping Sheet before returning any item(s) to us. Put the sheet in the return package. Contact info@vobdii.com for the progress about the returned item(s). It normally takes 3-7 days for repair the faulty item(s). We will process the return item(s) as fast as we can.

Note:

1)12 months Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.

2) Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.


IMPORTANT: DAMAGED MERCHANDISE IS NOT DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. DO NOT REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE FULLY INSURED. NOTIFY ADKautoscan.com IMMEDIATELY IF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE IS DISCOVERED. WE WILL FOLLOW-UP WITH THE CLAIM AGAINST THE SHIPPER. DELAY IN YOUR NOTIFICATION COULD VOID YOUR INSURANCE. IF SHIPPING CARTON SHOWS NO DAMAGE AND MERCHANDISE IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED, YOU MUST STILL NOTIFY US. PLEASE RETAIN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE UNTIL CLAIM IS SETTLED.
